For dealers
Traders are welcome, the garb should match the Napoleonic period of the K&K or be traditional costume. In return we offer breakfast, clean toilets and showers. Stands that do not fit in with the ambience of the Kaiserfest are excluded from the application. Fill in the online application form Send photos of the stand and the presentation/clothing to kaiserfest@w4event.at with the subject ‘Application trader & trader name’.
For camp groups
Camp groups wishing to take part in the event should have a Napoleonic or K&K period representation. The camp should also be designed in this style. Uniforms and craftsmen from the period 1800-1900 are very welcome. We offer breakfast, clean toilets and shower facilities. Please fill in the online application form.
If you have not yet camped with us, please also send us photos of your camp to our email address kaiserfest@w4event.at with the subject ‘Application camp group and your name’.
